MARGARITA
The margarita is a cocktail consisting of tequila mixed with triple sec and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the glass rim. It is the most common tequila-based cocktail in the United States. The drink is usually served shaken with ice, on the rocks, blended with ice (frozen margarita) or without ice (straight up). All three methods are frequently served with salt on the rim of the glass.1.5 oz. triple sec
1.5 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. syrup or sugar
- Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Put aside
- Put ice in shaker. Mix all ingredients and shake
- Pour mixture into the glass making sure the salt on the rim won't be washed out
Garnish with fresh lemon or lime. Serve
